Conditions:
1) This ad space cannot be purchased.
2) This ad space is to be given to the person/group that has made the biggest amount of accumulated purchases for the current year.
3) The total amount of purchases by all our advertisers shall be tallied at the end of each year, December 31, midnight.
4) Whoever has the highest amount of accumulated purchases shall be given the privilege of being awarded this Tower Ad Space for the number of months stated above.
