Closed for Business
A piece of trivia when you decide to put up a business in the Philippines.
When you open a business and along the way you decide to close it, you are required by law to formally close the business with all the agencies it is registered with and pay the appropriate closure fees. So you spend money when you start a business, and you also spend money when you close it.
